Q: What does the Warranty Forever Program cover?
A: “It’s basically just like the Factory’s warranty but even better!”

Warranty Forever covers parts and labor on all approved engine, transmission and driveline failures including
applicable seals and gaskets. See the reverse side of a Warranty Forever agreement for a list of all the covered
components.

Q: What do I have to do to keep my Warranty Forever in effect?
A: “Simply have your factory recommended maintenance done at an authorized service center and we’ll take
care of the rest.”

Check your owners manual and have the recommended services performed either at our dealership, or any other
pre- authorized service facility within 1 month or 1000 miles of the due date. You can find other authorized
service facilities by calling
NWAN at 800- 810- 8458 prior to receiving service.
For maintenance performed at pre- authorized facilities, you will be required to keep your own maintenance
records and will be solely responsible to make sure the repair facility performs the correct service at the right

Q: Do I have to have the service done at a Dan O’Brien Kia location??
A: “No you don’t, but we certainly are the best place to have the services done because we know exactly what to do and when to do it.”

Although we are your authorized Warranty Forever facility and the best place to service the vehicle you are
buying from us, you are not required to have the services performed at a Dan O’Brien Kia dealership. If you decide to have
your vehicle serviced elsewhere, make sure that you choose a licensed repair facility and BE SURE TO CALL and
get a pre- authorization PRIOR to having the work done. Call

Q: What does Warranty Forever really cost??
A: “There is truly NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.”

Warranty Forever is given to you as an additional benefit of doing business with Dan O’Brien Kia. We do not
SELL Warranty Forever, we offer it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to give you the peace of mind to buy from us
with confidence. We cannot, and will not, offer the vehicle you buy from us at a lower price by taking away your
Warranty Forever.

Q: What’s the CATCH?
A: “Easy, there is NO CATCH.”

Warranty Forever is not a bogus “made up” warranty like the ones promoted by competing dealers. Warranty
Forever is a real insurance product that is backed by Assurant Insurance Company and underwritten by the
American Bankers Insurance Company. Your Warranty Forever is honored nationwide.

Q: Can I change my own oil?
A: “Unfortunately, No.”

We do understand that changing your own oil is not that difficult. However, our insurance company must be sure
that the correct oil and filters are used, and installed by a licensed facility in order to keep your Warranty
Forever in tact. If you call and make an appointment, we promise to have you in and out as fast and easy as
possible.
